What if I have not received my sticker order?
I am not responsible for items that are delayed or lost due to USPS nor do I offer refunds. However, if it has been 30 days since your item(s) have shipped and you have yet to receive them, I can resend them.
Sticker/Sticker Pack and tracking info
Sticker and sticker packs are shipped in a 5x7 envelope with a stamp for free. If you would like tracking with your order you have the option to upgrade and pay for shipping. This will include a paid shipping label with a tracking number. Your items will then be shipped in a waterproof bubble mailer.

Ordered item on May 6th with a projected arrival of May 13-19. I contacted the shop on May 16th looking for an update because tracking was invalid and USPS website stated "Status Not Available-The tracking number may be incorrect or the status update is not yet available. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." Owner responded on May17th stating that shipping label was printed and she was currently getting it ready to package and drop off at the post office. She stated the delay was due to WiFi issues. I was very understanding of this, but received no further updates from the owner if it was going to be delayed further. It is now May 24th and the tracking has still not updated and I have yet to receive the sticker. I opened a case with Etsy to receive my refund and will use another shop in the future.
